RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment delivery date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or a Lujann.com store credit.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable. If the product is returned due to defects or incorrect shipment the customer is eligible for free return shipping. 

Return Requirements

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
  • Please include originals receipts
  • All items must be purchased originally from Lujann.com

All sales items are final sale, unless the product received is defective or the customer receives an incorrect item.
